3 Arrested for Planting Bomb on NAIA

MANILA, Philippines - captured by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) three male suspects allegedly attempted bombing in the parking area of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

According to the National Bureau of Investigation - Anti-Organized and Transnational Crime Division (NBI-AOTCD) and NBI Counter-Terrorism Division (NBI-ACTD), except suspects temporarily tell their first names, they also held a a white Toyota Revo (WMK 129) which found the alleged improvised explosive devices (IED's).

At around 2: 00 in the morning when the suspect take the office of NBI headquarters, Taft Avenue, Ermita, Manila.

Realized that the suspect was arrested toward the ala-1: 45 easy day at the NAIA Terminal 3 parking lot B, while assembling allegedly mentioned in the vehicle with six to eight IED.

Noted that current vehicles registered verified is saying a meeting Bulacan.

May impormason also alleged NBI was still a month with this plan so progress in the NAIA with charcoal tip received regarding the presence of the suspects they immediately walked to.

In this regard placed on full alert status of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) around the NAIA.

Realized with NCRPO director Chief Supt. Carmelo Valmoria, the further restriction applies them in and out of NAIA Terminal 3 in particular which arrested the suspects.

He said Valmoria, the only entrance of the airport will be deployed to the police.

He said together now outpost, police aviation security group and NCRPO to conduct each inspection into such airports.


He added that nothing Valmoria worrying the public to sudden restriction especially in airport security because it usually has conducted whenever this incident.
