Report of QCPD-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit,
the victim was identified as Police Chief Insp. Roderick Medrano, assigned to
Police Station 4 QCPD.
According to PO3 Jaime de Jesus, the incident occurred along
the San Diego Drive ,
corner Zabarte Road ,
Brgy. Happiness, Novaliches, completely at 7: 15 am.
Prior to this, the victims aboard a Honda City (MCH-588)
with his family and pursue the said road when two men emerge suddenly drew a
gun and shot the first.
Although wounded, made more Mendrano's able to maneuver
but it struck the gate of a house.
Not yet satisfied the two suspects followed the victim fell
