class" controversial Makati
City Hall carpark
building 2 accused of 'overpriced'.
In the ocular inspection conducted yesterday said building,
said the property appraiser named Frederico Cuervo, who previously searched the
building, which has not changed its "assessment" in such buildings.
"Definitely not ... With that price, I expected a
premium building. It is not a premium building, "says Cuervo which it said
on a Class B building just a building.
Supposedly based on market value in 2012, the value of
building up P27,000 to P23,000 per square meters.
"When it said 84,000 per square meters," says
Cuervo after the ocular inspection led by Sen. Aquilino "Koko"
Pimentel III, chair of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee and Sen. Antonio
Trillanes IV.
Inspection yesterday also included a quantity surveyors,
architects and engineers of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
According to Australian Greg Jackson , an independent quantity surveyor,
"average" or "standard" just said the material used as well
as the actual design of it.
"It's an average standard office building. I'd say it's
a modern building of average standard, but I would not consider in it to be
world class standard, "says Jackson .
Likewise said the Architect's observations Danilo Alano The
Philippine Institute of Architects.
"When you say world class, should you can compare it
with any five-star hotel or condominium. Everything considered, maybe also seen
