Makati City Carpark Building Not Worldclass

Only one of several building experts agreed: not "world class" controversial Makati City Hall carpark building 2 accused of 'overpriced'.

"It's an average standard office building. I'd say it's a modern building of average standard, but I would not consider in it to be world class standard, "says Jackson.
