90 day Suspension vs Senator Jinggoy Estrada

Can be implemented by the Senate 90-day suspension with Sen. Jinggoy Estrada after scrapping the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division's motion for reconsideration of the Senate for lack of merit.


"No new argument was Presented for the reversal of the assailed resolution, Hence, this instance of the motion must be denied," said the 7-page resolution by the court.
